Very good pizzas, but you have to like this style. The dough and flavors are closer to French tastes than to traditional Italian. For example, among other things, there are spinach leaves instead of basil. On the other hand, the dough is well-made, easy to digest, and perfectly cooked. It seems to be made with a blend of flours, including some semi-whole wheat, which gives it a real character. It's generously topped, and one pizza is more than enough to satisfy your appetite. Even if you don't really get the typical Italian flavors, it's a deliberate choice that works well. One small drawback: one of my pizzas was sitting in condensation inside the box. As a result, the dough quickly became soggy and not very good. Perhaps a quick turn on a wire rack before packaging, or adding an absorbent sheet like some pizzerias do, would prevent this problem. Despite this minor drawback, I recommend this place even if it's not my favorite (it's a matter of taste). The staff is very friendly, and the young woman at the till is very kind and welcoming.

The welcome was very friendly and the staff pleasant. However, we were disappointed by the pizzas. The dough was thick, dry, and dense, making them quite heavy. The toppings were also too sparse: for example, a single slice of goat cheese cut into a few pieces for an entire pizza. Overall, we found them rather bland. Finally, we were not convinced by the value for money; the prices seemed high considering the quality offered.
