A consistently welcoming place, whatever the reason for your visit. The staff takes the time to answer all questions, even the most complex, such as how the lottery game options work, or the more subjective, like the strength of the different tobacco brands available. Several services are offered: a bistro-restaurant, tobacco products, CBD sales, scratch cards, various lotteries, prepaid top-ups, and cash withdrawals capped at €60 (a convenient option), and I'm sure I'm forgetting some! As for the food, the meals are delicious and the service very pleasant. Several areas are partially separated, allowing conversations in each area to be heard without disturbing others. Finally, a terrace accessible to both able-bodied and disabled visitors (two separate entrances: stairs and a ramp with non-slip slats) invites you to discover this must-visit spot in Lorient. The half-glass partitions and retractable awning provide protection from the wind, sun, and rain, making it pleasant even to enjoy a coffee on a rainy day. I highly recommend this place, which has the advantage of being the only tobacconist on this side of the K2 centre before Quéven.

Excellent, homemade meal; we thoroughly enjoyed it. And the cappuccino... the best in the region, with a smooth, creamy milk foam. The servers were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.

I'd describe this place as nice. I stopped here for lunch. I received good service from friendly people in a pretty relaxed atmosphere. The food was good, but I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the small portion of fish I ordered that day.

Well, I would have liked to leave a review, but they don't know how to be welcoming, they don't know how to say hello. I understand that running a restaurant is complicated when there are 12 customers at a table, but getting angry at a calm customer and claiming that they're the ones getting upset is very bad practice, it's a problem even. If it had been the owner who greeted me, he would have said, "My poor fellow, I don't blame you, take a vacation, you seemed a little stressed." But I have my suspicions about why you refused to see me. Address your customer service issues, and things will only improve. And be more tolerant too. Anyway, good luck... Or not... And smile, it's very important for business.
