The entrance is nicely decorated. However, the telephone and in-person reception is disastrous. The young brunette with long hair who answers the phone clearly lacks any sense of courtesy. Similarly, when we come to pick up our pizzas, she spends more time giggling with the waiter in the kitchen. Our presence seems secondary. It feels like being greeted by teenagers having fun together but who have completely forgotten the meaning of customer service. I think if the manager were aware of this, he wouldn't be very happy.

I'd been hearing about Pizz and Love's pizzas for a long time. I finally had the chance to order delivery. The person on the phone was very friendly, the delivery was fast, the driver was charming, and the pizza was VERY good.

Very disappointed: beyond the acknowledged order error, the pizza clearly lacked generosity in the topping ingredients, giving an impression of cost-cutting that is not in line with the expected level.

I'm not exaggerating when I say it's great! The atmosphere is lovely and unique, the pizzas have a thin crust and are superbly topped, and the staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive to their customers. Pizzas with very thin crusts, which might not appeal to everyone; offering two types of crust would be a good idea. The delivery driver was young and very friendly. He was punctual.

Really good pizza. Thin crust seems homemade, the ingredients are good, not too salty (anchovies, olives, etc.), and the tomato sauce is also good. Very friendly service. I'll be back with pleasure.
