There was a delivery error on my order and I spoke to the manager, I think, on the phone, who immediately made a goodwill gesture by providing compensation and delivering the missing items to me.

It's a shame the pizzas arrived cold; reheating them in the microwave makes them like rubber. It's a shame because the staff were very friendly, the delivery driver was overwhelmed due to staff shortages, and the manager was very fair with the discount.

Top-notch service! Big shout-out to Ouail, the GOAT of delivery drivers!

Superb delivery ouail

We ordered from Domino's Pizza yesterday, and frankly, it was a disaster. We got two pizzas: they were practically empty, you could only taste the dough. Plus, it was way overcooked, very hard, and extremely dry. My girlfriend ordered extra salmon: it was completely missing. We're still trying to figure out where it went. Paying for this is clearly outrageous. No generosity, no quality. They really need to go back to basics, because this is unacceptable for a chain like Domino's.

A rather negative experience; I bought a large (cannibal) pizza last night. The next day I had indigestion, probably due to undercooked food.

It was a bit complicated because the new delivery driver took an hour and a half to deliver my pizza (it happens, no big deal). However, the team I spoke to several times on the phone was incredibly friendly and did everything they could to ensure my delivery went smoothly. For that alone, I'm giving it 5 stars.

I ordered a bottle of Fanta for €4.50 that wasn't delivered. The delivery driver told me he'd come back in 20 minutes. He never returned, the restaurant isn't answering, and after my messages and calls to the delivery company, they blocked me! What kind of restaurant is this? The lack of professionalism is appalling, and don't even get me started on the mediocre quality of the pizzas. Avoid this place. Thieves.
