Lautentika'pizz-Food truck

I discovered this pizza food truck a month ago for my brother-in-law's 50th birthday. I'm a picky eater when it comes to pizza, but these are delicious. They have mozzarella and good quality Gruyère or another cheese blend, ham that isn't too fatty, and the best part—I never eat the crust, but this one is a real treat. Thanks again!

On holiday in Quistinic. We ordered pizza late in the morning for the evening. We received a very warm welcome. The pizzas were ready and they were delicious. I recommend this food truck if you want to treat yourself.

The pizza is really very good, made with quality ingredients, and the desserts are incredibly good.

Not at all customer-oriented, they "offer" desserts, and if you refuse, there's silence. Customers have to make conversation, otherwise there's zero interaction. Very cold. Avoid at all costs! Not friendly at all, and the pizzas weren't to our liking. I don't recommend it; there are better options elsewhere. Perhaps they should take some customer service classes? What does your response have to do with your products? Avoid at all costs!

My family and I ordered three pizzas after reading very positive reviews from several other customers! The pizzas were generously topped and cooked perfectly. The owner was very friendly and professional. We look forward to returning.

The pizzas are good but lack toppings for our taste. While this cooking method is a plus in terms of flavor, it's a shame the dough puffs up too much and crumbles/breaks frequently. However, there's a very good selection of recipes, enough to satisfy most tastes. The real drawback is the cold welcome; no conversation... and therefore no customer loyalty. A pity.

The pizzas are good, but the crust is undercooked. As for the service, it leaves much to be desired… I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering twice that they had sent me the wrong pizzas in an order of three. When I went back to the truck to point it out, they practically blamed me… no smiles whatsoever, and it was almost as if they wanted to get rid of me after giving me the correct pizzas. In short, the pizzas are pretty good, but the atmosphere isn't great.
